About This Program

Deliver smarter project solutions on time and within budget by learning PM skills for all levels with BDIT College's training courses. Without strong project management, businesses still find ways to overcome challenges and bring innovative ideas to market. However, teams that work through projects without dedicated PMs often have unclear objectives and lack focus. They may finish the project, but it won't be nearly as efficient for the business. We offer the right project management courses to help businesses foster leadership and strategic capabilities that will streamline execution. In this module we also offer Monitoring, Evaluation, Accountability and Learning (MEAL) training, which teaches you methods used to define, collect, analyse and use information for results, accountability and learning, and to illustrate your organisational impact. We address MEAL for the entire results chain, enabling you to understand the importance of using information and knowledge for learning and evidence-based decision making, how to develop a learning M&E system, use new digital technologies, and explore techniques for monitoring remotely.
